   AFTER I FOUND A TABLE THERE AND SIT DOWN FOR 15 MINS, THE WAITRESS SCOLD U TO ‘GO AWAY’ IN VERY BAD ATTITUDE WHEN HER FRIENDS COME. DO U KNOW WHAT IS CALLED ‘RESPECT’? WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!

   This establishment is a terrible place ! I used to go there about 6 years ago and it was ok but last night I went for the third and last time this year. The services is the most rude service I have experienced in 5 years living in HK and on top of this they are thief.

   We were 9 people and we ordered all kind of drinks. 2 of them were called “NOTHING” and they were 78 HKD each and when she came back with the bill it was 198 $ for the two. I have experienced that with a few other drinks and I can tell you that I will not go back there again and neither will I ever send anyone there.

   They sale a beer for 67 HKD and after paying with a 100 note the waitress never came back with the change and was no were to be found.

   Don’t waste your time there, go to a place like the “CAVERN” instead which is part of the very well known IGOR group which is much better. Since Chris sold IGOR to Pacific coffee a few months ago they’re establishments have lost a few points but it is still better then many others and most definitely 1000 times better then INSOMNIA’s service, arrogant STAFF and waitress and non sense prices ( that is not counting when they rip you off of course )

   INSOMNIA ! SUCKS – 5 out of 10
